This meeting also gives us the opportunity to discuss all the prerequisites and clarify building law, location choice or fire safety issues so that we can get started on your project as soon as possible.

On-site appointment

Our architects visit you to inspect the construction site and start planning the details of your construction project. A master plan and initial drawings are prepared, the preliminary planning permission application is submitted and the building application process commences. Our experts provide you with needs and budget-oriented advice from start to finish.

Inspection of samples

Selecting the items you want for your equestrian centre, such as roof tiles, facing bricks, sanitary elements, taps and wall tiles, at our showrooms in Bad Fallingbostel and Kaarst is something of an event! The execution phase of the construction project runs like clockwork because all of our processes at the construction site are precisely coordinated. This means we organise the work of everyone at the site, from mason to electrician, and you can depend on the project being professionally managed.

Turn-key handover

At the end of the contractually agreed construction period we ceremoniously hand over your Viebrockreithallen equestrian centre to you.
