Liability for content

The content of our website was created with great care. However we assume no liability for the correctness, completeness and currency of content. Pursuant to Section 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Teleservices Act, we are responsible, as the service provider, for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 German Teleservices Act, as the service provider we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to search for circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation shall remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is however only possible from the moment that knowledge of the specific breach of law is obtained. If we become aware of any such corresponding infringements, we will immediately remove such content.

Using our website

When you visit our website, we only collect statistical data about our visitors. A statistical summary only tells us which browser was used, which page or file was requested at what time, and which website the user visited before arriving at our webpages. No connection can be made to any individual visitor, and notably we do not receive the IP addresses of any of the visitors to our site. It is neither possible nor in our interest to create personal user profiles.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we do not have influence. Therefore we cannot assume any guarantee for such third party contents. The respective provider or operator of the websites is always responsible for the content of these pages. The linked pages were checked for possible violations of law at the time of the placing of the link. Illegal contents were not visible at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content on the linked pages is not reasonable without specific evidence indicating a legal infringement. As soon as we become aware of legal violations we will remove such links immediately.
